Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking an Appointment To book an appointment, please contact us via phone, email, or our online booking system. When booking, you’ll need to provide your name, contact information, and preferred date and time. We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability. A deposit of 100% of the session fee is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future session if you need to reschedule. Cancellation and Rescheduling We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. - If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be applied to your next session. - If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. - No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Late Arrivals If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but if you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Refunds Refunds are not available for cancellations or no-shows. However, if you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to a future session. Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to work with you. Payment The balance is due at the time of booking your session. Online Booking requires a Credit Card. Contact us directly for other methods. If you’re paying by credit card, we’ll need your card information at the time of booking. Practitioner Cancellations In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment; we’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer you the next available appointment time. If you’re unable to reschedule, we’ll refund your deposit in full. Policy Changes We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
